Article I
The Declaration of the Anti-Socialists of America, Article I
Anti-Socialists of America
The Anti-Socialists of America (ASA) is a philosophical organization formed by voluntary association that operates within the order of capital. It is not a political party. Membership requires documented American citizenship and no other nationality. An Anti-Socialist may be a Republican, a Democrat, a registered Independent, or unaffiliated. Any American citizen holding no dual citizenship, regardless of race, religion, or gender, may join, contribute to, and associate with the ASA, including alignment of their own ideology subject to approval. As the organization grows, adaptive and disciplined argument will refine its practice. The fundamental tenets of this Declaration, Article I, remain fixed.
Nationalism
Nationalism is compatible with the association’s philosophy. Here it names a principle of bounded political community that restrains the unrestricted expansion of state power and supplies a concrete basis of solidarity. It does not require territorial expansion, permanent mobilization, or the subordination of every other consideration to national ends. The author of this Declaration is designated the first Anti-Socialist Nationalist. Members are addressed by the pure Latin form of citizen: Civis. The term may refer to an individual, a group within the ASA, or the organization itself. Each Civis is documented and referenced in official matters by the following string (GPG encryptian is applied to every card issued:
- Civis#
- ASA-YY-XXXX
- Issued: YYYY-MM-DD
- Status: Active
YY is the last two digits of the year the card is issued. XXXX is that year’s number, beginning at 0001 and never reused. A GPG signature is applied to the card. The signature is not part of the membership ID.
Upon confirmation, each Civis receives a unique membership ID.

On Fascism
The ASA understands fascism as a non-pluralist mode of political organization that seeks to enforce consensus, frequently through intimidation, and that treats political violence as a legitimate instrument of rule and uses manipulative tools like doublespeak to dehumanize Americans, commonly refering to violent, roaming mobs of political fascists as anti-fascists as a means to intimidate rivals along their chosen path to subvert American Democracy. The Anti-Socialists of America are not fascists, nor do we use the term lightly, nor strongly apply it to the current Trump Administration. At worst, the present sitting Commander-In-Chief, #47 Donald Trump, is arguably a Populist Authoritarian, which just means he won by Popular Vote and Electoral College in a fair and just democratic election, and therefore enables the power to keep campaign promises by default. To be clear on the topic of weaponizing the term "fascist", application of this designation to the association or its members will treated as an injurious slur and as a threat, upon its association, to any reasonable expectation of security under the laws of the United States. The association rejects both the mode and the designation.
The ASA accepts the following pluralist constraints. Political disagreement is not itself grounds for intimidation or violence. The association does not seek to suppress competing diagnoses, though it may define them within their argument. Any resort to force remains subject to the ordinary constraints of United States law rather than to the demands of an imposed consensus. The same principles may not apply to outside forces or socialists. The ASA rejects socialism at all costs, as the socialist agenda aims to destroy the American capitalist system, the protections built inside of it to protect its people, and the American People themselves (as stated in the national DSA publication "Why We Fight" and other propoganda). The ASA may serve as volunteers and act as a coordination collective to support law and order in case of large-scale socialist uprisings (sometimes called "protests"). The ASA is a law-abiding association of American Citizens with the well-being of the American People as priority above all else.
Core Premise I
The governing premise is that the capacity of the State to exploit prolonged crisis must be refused.
The Anti-Socialists of America stand in direct contrast to socialist and other Marxist-communist ideologically driven philosphy, economics, abolition experiments, and reject power claimed by groups such as the Democratic Socialists of America. An ASA member is well versed in socialist tenets to lead the argument and inevitable failue of it to succeed.
A prolonged crisis is a conflict or condition that persists after its originally declared object has been attained or has become unattainable by the means then employed.
Exploitation denotes the State’s continued or expanded employment of that crisis to authorize resources, powers, or alignments that would otherwise lack sufficient support.
De-escalation is the corresponding discipline: the deliberate reduction of the State’s material and political commitment to the crisis once the conditions of attainment or unattainability have been met. De-escalation does not require the immediate abandonment of every defensive capacity. It requires the refusal of indefinite prolongation.
Application of the Anti-Socialist Logic
The following are illustrative, not constitutive, to serve as modern examples of current events and show how Civis may use the ASA's Core Premise to reach an arguable opinion that aligns with the values shared within the organization and its associates.
Ukraine (as of October 2026)
United States munitions have been directed principally at frontline, near-rear, and military targets. The strikes on deep refineries have been carried out almost entirely by Ukrainian long-range drones. This is a function of range, cost, scalability, and earlier political limits on the employment of American systems. The United States has also provided substantial funding for the expansion of Ukraine’s drone industry. That funding enabled the scaling of the systems used in the refinery campaign. Aggregate American support therefore sustains both the conventional war and the long-range energy strikes.
Zelensky has directed offense against the United States while receiving this support. The originally stated objects of assistance have either been attained or have become unattainable by the means employed. Continued and expanded commitment now serves to prolong the crisis and to authorize powers and alignments that would otherwise lack sufficient support. This is exploitation of prolonged crisis. De-escalation consists in the cessation of direct funding and the flow of munitions, support for new elections in Ukraine, and the pursuit of peace with Russia. No retaliatory strike against Zelensky or the Ukrainian people is warranted. The withdrawal of support itself is sufficient to make his responsibility visible to his own people.
On the Issue of Iran
Adversely, de-escalation is not always applicable, and this contrast is palpable regarding Trump's war with Iran. If the objective is the termination of Iran’s standing capacity to organize and finance terrorism, and if nuclear capability has already been destroyed, the Anti-Socialist may agree the conflict ends when looming terror attacks cease to be an eternal crisis directly backed by the Iranian state, or when the remaining ability to do so is incapacitated. Only then is Iran's forced crisis concluded.
Closing
A pluralist capitalist regards the existence of competing frameworks as salutary. The Anti-Socialists of America simply states its own: not to de-fund and de-escalate the conflict in Ukraine is true forever-war, while ending the Iranian mission prematurely risks its return to perpetual terrorism. This manipulation is the fuel of eternal crisis, the false catalyst of increased State oversight, and the means for which the weaponization of irrational fear and political-bigotry claims moral righteousness, without claims toward conflict resolution.
Variation of ASA symbology, using combined pure Latin "Civis Unus", and from antiquity Greek, "Ethnos", as an acknowledgement of their influence on the political and philosophical foundations that combine and form the shared American identity. (credit: @USAntisocialist)
Earlier anticommunist efforts proved effective enough that later generations came to treat the underlying threat as trivial and settled. Subsequent socialist currents adapted by operating with greater concealment. This adaptation bearer inherently contains ASA philosophy within itself as its adversary. The Marxist contribution to the socialist program includes the targeted abolition of protections inside the American capitalist system. The modern socialist cause targets these protections and cites Marx directly, attaching communism to define a "capitalist class". The socialist cause views the American people as its enemy from inside the American system. The opposition to that cause by its citizens forms the philisophical genesis of the Anti-Socialists of America.
